Wow!
What a week it's been and still 7 more days before we set off from Celtic Park on the 11th May.
It was confirmed today that STV will have a camera crew there early in the morning as we prepare to roll out at 08.00h. They will also be in Lisbon at the Estadio Nacional to see us arrive as part of their coverage of the whole 50th Anniversary celebrations, it's NOT all about us cyclists you know!
Personally I have been very fortunate to feature in some of the media build up .........
Firstly Radio One Mallorca had me on The Breakfast Show with Richie & Ayesha
Then a double page spread in the Mallorca Daily Bulletin thanks to Vicki McLeod from Phoenix Media Mallorca
Hugh MacDonald interviewed me for Celtic FC Foundation & 1/2 page in this weeks Celtic View
Thanks to all this publicity and your generosity I have raised almost £2400 so far, that total is steadily rising and plans are afoot to give it a boost.
